Building on the strengths of both the Nursing and Health Administration programs, the MN/MHSc Health Administration Combined Degree prepares graduates to provide nursing leadership in today’s complex and inter-disciplinary environments.

- A comprehensive, multidisciplinary curriculum provides graduates with a solid foundation in key leadership competencies, including: workload measurement, quality improvement, organizational behaviour and change management, health care trends and issues, strategic planning, health policy and economics, outcomes and evaluation, knowledge exchange and translation, human resource management, information systems, and accounting and finance.
