Physician Leadership Program

The Physician Leadership Program focuses on developing the knowledge and skills that are required by today's physician leaders, with a focus on leadership and management to effect change. Drawing from the latest research and educational practices, the program explores emerging leadership strategies and applies them to the health context.

Target Audience

Physicians in leadership roles or aspiring to leadership positions: academic leaders, chiefs-of-staff, presidents and members of medical advisory committees, department and division heads, program managers and other medical leaders.

A Message from the Dean

"The role of physician as leader has never been more important in our health care environment. This program will enable physicians to acquire new understanding and the skills to more effectively face the challenges of leadership within their own organizations and practice communities."
